do I sponsor a TV programme? |

If you want
to sponsor a TV programme or film you can send a video or artwork
example to
suit the length of the Television Advertising sponsorship to be
used.
Alternatively,
we can produce and film your commercial sponsorship.
Production will go ahead upon receipt of your approval. A
non-refundable deposit is required at this stage to cover the
production costs of the commercial sponsorship. |

do I do if my sponsorship TV programme is not broadcast? |
We
will place your Television and Advertising sponsorship on another
time set and channel
free of charge and, where necessary, the sponsorship contract period
extended by the length of time the TV sponsorship was not broadcast
OR alternatively and if agreed, we will continue to webcast your
videos on TheHeavenChannel.com. |

Application
Forms should be completed and returned to the address below and
must be accompanied with the correct payment. Broadcast and webcast
of your videos will only be confirmed on receipt of the full payment.
Forms should
be received no later than September 2006. Please note that reservations
cannot be made by telephone. Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice
is received by September 1st, 2005, a refund of 50% of the total
fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no
refund can be made.
The Heaven Channel reserves the right to cancel any airtime. In
this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient
transfer can be arranged.
Data Protection
Information provided by you on this form will be processed by
the The Heaven Channel and used for the purpose of the goods and
services ordered by you, and for billing accounts. If you are
an The Heaven Channel’s member and do not want to hear about
